To access the parking garage, please use your provided fob. Your designated parking stall is assigned.

Coffee & Tea

Enjoy the teas and Nespresso capsules in the kitchen. For the Nespresso machine, insert a capsule, close the lid, and press the button. To boil water, fill the kettle, switch it on, and wait for the light to turn off.

Smart TV

To stream, open your chosen app (e.g., Netflix) and sign in with your account. Remember to log out at check-out. You can also connect devices via HDMI or cast from your phone or tablet.

Temperature

Two thermostats are located in the dining area and bedroom. Use the buttons to set your preferred temperature. Note: The fan stays on but you can adjust its speed.

Washer and Dryer

The washer and dryer are in the closet near the outer bathroom. Laundry pods are under the kitchen sink. An iron and ironing board are in the master bedroom closet.

Unwind in our swimming pool, open daily from 9:30AM to 9:30PM. Please respect other guests, keep noise down, and follow all pool rules.

Fitness Centre

Stay active at our fully equipped fitness centre is open 6:15AM – 9:30PM for your comfort and convenience.

Safe Box

Dubai is a very safe city, but we’ve still got you covered! You can use the safe located inside the master bedroom closet to store your valuables.

How to Set a New Code:

Locate the reset button inside the safe.
Press and hold the reset button until you hear a beep or see the indicator light flash.
Enter your new PIN code.
Press the [#] (pound) button to confirm.
Wait for a beep or light signal confirming the new code is set.
Close the safe and test your new code before locking it.
